SALVATION/BAPTISM IN WATER/BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT/TONGUES
All of these are important! Salvation is the first step, you must be saved in order to receive either types of Baptism, but once you are saved it is very important that you get Baptized in water, and Baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Below we give you some scriptural references for each of these processes, after all, you don't have to believe us, the Word speaks for itself.
SALVATION
John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
John 3:3 - In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no-one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again."
Acts 2:21/Romans 10:13 – “whoever calls on the name of the LORD Shall be saved.’
John 10:9 – “I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.”
Acts 4:12 – “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."
Romans 10:9-10 – “That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
If you are ready to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of your life, please pray this prayer:
Lord Jesus,
I’m calling on you right now
I believe you died on the cross for my sins
And that you were raised on the 3rd day
Lord Jesus
I ask you to forgive me of my sins
I ask you to come into my heart
And live your life in me
And through me
From this day forward
I belong completely to you
In Jesus Name
Amen!

BAPTISM IN WATER
We believe in water baptism in the Name of Jesus...
Acts 10:47-48 – “Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?” And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then they asked him to stay a few days.”
Acts 19:5 – “When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
Romans 6:3-4 – “Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”
Acts 2:38 – “Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
Acts 8:15-16 – “who, when they had come down, prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit. For as yet He had fallen upon none of them. They had only been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.”
Many people are baptized in the name of the Father, Son, & Holy Spirit based on the following scripture...
Matthew 28:19 – "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:" If you take a close look at this scripture you will see that it says in the NAME, not names, and the Name that is above all other names is the Name of Jesus (Philippians 2:9).
Acts 10:47-48 – “Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?” And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then they asked him to stay a few days.”

BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
When you are saved the Holy Spirit comes to dwell in you (Romans 8:9-16 & 1 Corinthians 3:16). However, this is only the beginning of the Holy Spirit's work in you. Let us give you an example, if you take a drink of water, then the water is in you, but if you dive into a pool, then you are in the water. When we get saved it's like we take a drink, so He is in us, but when we get Baptized in the Holy Spirit then it's like we took a dive, and we are completely engulfed in the Holy Spirit, and His power (Acts 1:8).
First you must be saved to receive the Holy Spirit-an unsaved person cannot receive the Holy Spirit (John 14:17), but you do not have to be baptized in water before you are baptized in the Holy Spirit (Acts 10:44-47).
Acts 1:8 – “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
Acts 2:1-4 – “When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Acts 10:44-47 – “While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message. The circumcised believers who had come with Peter were astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on the Gentiles. For they heard them speaking in tongues and praising God. Then Peter said, “Can anyone keep these people from being baptized with water? They have received the Holy Spirit just as we have.”
If you would like to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit please pray this prayer out loud:
Heavenly Father,
I thank you that Jesus has saved me
and I believe with all my heart your word is true.
Your Word says that if I will ask
I will receive the Holy Spirit.
In the name of Jesus,
I ask you baptize me now
with your precious Holy Spirit.
I receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit
right now by faith in Your Word.
May the anointing,
the glory,
and the power of God
come upon me and into my life right now.
Now Holy Spirit, rise up within me.
I fully expect to speak with other tongues
as You give me the utterance.
Thank You, Lord Jesus,
for baptizing me in Your Holy Spirit
In Jesus Name. Amen.
First you must be saved to receive the Holy Spirit-an unsaved person cannot receive the Holy Spirit (John 14:17), but you do not have to be baptized in water before you are baptized in the Holy Spirit (Acts 10:44-47).

TONGUES
There is a lot of discussion about tongues within the body of Christ, but if you are rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15), then you will see that the Bible clearly shows us that tongues are evidence of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. However you may have received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, and have not spoken in tongues yet, if this is the case, that is OK, it is not always immediate. Below are scriptures that speak to us about tongues...
Romans 8:26- 27
“In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will.”
Acts 2:4
"And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."
I Corinthians 14:2
"For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries."
Mark 16:17
"And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues ..."
Jude 1:20
"But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit...."
Acts 10:45-47
“The circumcised believers who had come with Peter were astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on the Gentiles. For they heard them speaking in tongues and praising God. Then Peter said, "Can anyone keep these people from being baptized with water? They have received the Holy Spirit just as we have.”
